Dr. Achmad Bachtiar was born in 1970, and raised in Cirebon, West Java, also in Jakarta Indonesia. In 1996, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Universitas Trisakti, Jakarta, Indonesia. After practicing for several years as General Practitioner, he completed his Oral Surgeon Post- Graduate program at Universitas Indonesia in 2006. He practice ed as an oral surgeon in some hospitals and clinics in Jakarta. His language skill in English is fluent both active and passive. Trained in full scope of OMFS (Oral and Maxillo facial Surgery), including orthognathic surgery, TMJ surgery, reconstructive surgery, implant surgery, OMF trauma and infections, dentoalveolar surgery. Dr. Achmad Bachtiar developed a particular expertise in permanent replacement of missing teeth with dental implants.
